TURNING STONE RALLY

June 6, 7 & 8, 2008 The Villages at Turning Stone Resort Casino Hosted by Jeffrey Sweet and Skip & Betsey Smith

Those who came in on Thursday got welcomed by heavy thunderstorms overnight. Friday started off a bit wet, but cleared up nicely by afternoon. It was hot, high 80's, and very humid. The covered dish dinner Friday night was a big success. We had a wide variety of great dishes.

Saturday was again hot, near 90 and very humid. The day started with breakfast at Seasons Harvest Buffet inside the Casino. At the Casino there appears to have been more losers than winners, but the air conditioning was nice. Saturday evening it was back to Seasons Harvest for dinner which included steamed clams and prime rib.
